First foray into Italian Wars
« on: April 22, 2018, 05:51:29 PM »
So I am a little behind the curve ball here as I know many have already done a lot of work with the Perry Plastic Box sets for the late 15th century. I am also slightly nervous given the quality of some of the figure painting and modelling I have seen on here with these lovely figures.

I have started off with some basic figures, Knights as this is a simple paint job and might do some thing a bit more exciting as I get into building and paitning these. I hope to use  a mix of the Wars of the Roses figures and European Mercenaries to create Company of Condottori with a slightly English bias. Along the lines of my favourite book series currently based around a character called Tom Swan from Christian Cameron.

That first knight with the poleaxe is a particularly effective figure.
