Presumably they are pre-releases of the new WG plastics.

They do look nice. Do they provide enough Early war weapons to make a whole platoon or is it a mix of late war weapons in the box?

Indeed they are the new Warlord plastic Winter Germans.
The set includes all parts to make them early or late war which is really nice.  8)

All Citadel paints, the greatcoats are Stormvermin Fur with an Athonian Camoshade wash.
