Thanks everyone!

I've done two more peasant cottages, and a step-by-step for the curious: http://gardensofhecate.blogspot.com/2018/06/clxxvi-peasant-house-step-by-step.html

I am such a big fan of this thread that I had my own attempt at grimdark AoS (http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=101286.75)!

Your work is so much better, however, that it gives me joy and inspiration! Please continue this thread.

@Lost Egg - thanks!

@Hammers - thank you. That's very important to me when creating worlds.

@DivisMal - Yay, I'm spreading the Dark AoS bug. Nice darkened armour on your Sigmarines. It looks especially good on Obryn.

Amazing stuff, everything from the selection of models, the conversion and the painting comes together so beautifully to create this eerie world.

It's a fine line between modelling and art. And you ( BB ) crossed it.
Awesome work, please keep 'em coming  :).

I love those sagging, ramshackle cottages. Very atmospheric but also quite realistic!

Cheers!

An update: new faction on the Isles. A penitent cult formed around a lone Stormcast Questor who roams around, apparently looking for something. He ignores them most of the time as they follow him. Sometimes he talks to them a bit. They write down everything he says and does, and base their religion on that... As always, there's a full blog post about them: LINK.
