Found this on the internet some sort of napoleonic pikeman?  Can any one help me by telling me what their proper name is and country?

If I'm not mistaken that's the artist for the board game Scythe, which is set in a world of steampunk mechs and flying ships.

I really like his style.

Thanks everyone ,yes Jakub work is very inspirational big mechs striding across fields followed by charging cavalry,
When I posted I was dishing up kids evening meal but through the power of google I came up with the conclusion that they were a kind of mash up between Russian militia and polish Landwehr ? And it’s really a halberd than a pike I suppose?
