Q3 : WWII ?
Do you think, the rules can be used for WWII....i have in mind not great tanks battle but small skirmish around buildings (like Stalingrad and battle for a street or a building control) or Jungle warfare.

Absolutely! When I first began running games with the rules, usually one player at each table would say, "Hey...we could use these for WW II pretty easily..."   lol

Q4 : Small arms.
Does it's possible to create a new category for small weapons ?
Like a difference between the ones used in WWII (rifle, PM, etc....) and the ones used in modern warfare (assault rifle and high rate of fire weapon).
Weapon Chart p17

WEAPON TYPE               Militia Regular Professional
Infantry, small arms          1       2              3
Infantry, LMG                    3      4               5

there is a gapbetween this two weapon class that could be fill with
Infantry, small arms
(Assaut rifle, etc...)           2       3              4

I don't know why not. The weapon statistics are all meant to be very modular, and easily modified. I would say play around with it and tell me what you like best. But your suggestions seem to be very appropriate.

Thanks for the comments (you too, Bill!)...
