PSC M3 Honey (15mm)
« on: May 10, 2018, 05:38:51 AM »

Here's the American M3 Stuart, called the Honey in British service. The model is 1/100 scale (15mm), from the Plastic Soldier Company.

I had originally planned to paint it in the Caunter disruptive pattern, but after several attempts I gave up in despair and settled for overall desert yellow.

Oh, that is peachy!! What base colour did you use for Desert Yellow?
Cheers,

It's Vallejo surface primer — I think it's called Desert Tan Base, but it has Agrax Earthshade, VMC Iraqi Sand, and VGC Elfin Flesh over it as well. Multiple layers.

Great job.
Caunter is tricky enough to pull off in 1/56, never mind 15mm, but this looks splendid just as it is  :)

That is lovely, they still look 1/56 or bigger.
