The Maze of Malcor 'flip through'
« on: May 15, 2018, 03:13:30 PM »
Wargames Illustrated have done a 'flip through' on You Tube of the new Frostgrave supplement The Maze of Malcor.

You can view it here:

Have a look at the illustrations, you'll get an idea of what the new Wizard and Creatures we'll be making look like.

Oh, and the Grimoire, which is the updated Spell Deck, remember that?

Ooh, I do like those Black Market Contacts rules. Previously we didn't allow the purchasing of any items, just the selling; which I suppose may have been a factor in all the spare gold we had by the campaign's end. They give a choice for spending treasure, though the rolls may not necessarily provide a load of items that you actually want to purchase.

Hmn, I'll be interested in buying the supplement (ah, I mean more so) with all these updates. Ideally they'll be enough to rope some folks in to start a new campaign. :)

Be nice to get a physical and PDF copy bundle. I personally like the books for playing and PDFs for on the go, but buying them in both formats separately is a bit too costly.

Maze of Malcor has arrived today.

Plus the Grimoire (spelldeck) and new Frostgrave novel.

We've kept the bundle deal open until tomorrow.

We're working on doing a range of the new Wizards featured in Maze of Malcor, and the Wraith of Malcor itself, which is looking tremendous.

Great news, I think you're the first to report the bundle has landed. The new miniatures are based on the illustrations in the book, the Wraith of Malcor is really good.
