Been busy upgrading some of my older jungle scenery to match the pieces as shown above. Just need to add some more ground material and finish the last batch for the moment, but might make some more after that.

Very nice indeed.

Have you considered the density of coverage on your tables? http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=118935.0

Thanks, here's some pictures of the smaller jungle pieces.

The smaller pieces look the business  :-* :-* :-*

Just a suggestion but could you somehow enlarge the bases on the larger trees and add foliage like the smaller trees?

Kind Regards

I wouldn’t add too much foliage to the tree bases.  In a dense forest the vast majority of the biomass is in the canopies.  The trees block most of the sunlight from getting to the floor, so mostly the bottom is fungi and mosses.

Actually that's a good point.

Thanks everybody, not doing too much scientific research for my terrain so to be honest didn't think about density or foliage underneath trees. I have placed the big trees on hardboard bases filled with foliage in the same way of the smaller bases.

Below I have included some pictures of the finished pieces, roughly enough to cover one third or fourth of my table. Let me know what you think and should you have ideas for modular rivers and hills/ rocks in a jungle setting feel free to also share your ideas!

For hills and rocks in a jungle setting I use a few different items I've found in the aquarium supply area of big box pet stores - and, shh, don't let out my secret! - the amphibians and lizards section of the same store.  I make semi-regular stops to see what is available and about two thirds of the time I find something to purchase game-wise.

Looking good so far - but get out the dull coat and put it to good use.

Think I prefer the current look without dull coat 😉
