I think this is an upcoming Kickstarter project by zealot miniatures. Facebook link to some nice pictures.

I highly doubt they will be cheap. Zealot usually do high end minis and the casting quality is usually near perfect (I just got some of the minotaurs and you can barely see any casting lines unless you know where they are, even then it is hard to find)
