Sounds like you enjoyed the newer version a lot more than I did.  While I think the original was a bit slow in many ways, the newer version was a misguided travesty on pretty much every level and it gets what I consider my second worst review of a movie - I wouldn't waste my time watching it again.  (My worst review is - it was so bad I couldn't finish watching it.  Tina Fey's war movie supposed comedy pile of shit being in that category.  And I have nothing against Tina Fey.)

However, if you find gaming inspiration in the movie then more power to you.  That is good enough reason to move forward.   ;)

Yes, really. I enjoyed the film. For me it was real Popcorn Cinema.  :D

Interesting, I like the Denzel figure, not so sure about the rest of the sculpts, but they are recognizable from the movie.
