Hi

53 centimeters

For my part, I have lengthened it to give it more realistic dimensions

Twenty centimeters more : this gives a ship the dimensions of a frigate or a merchantman

Ah and I reduced the height of the hull otherwise it is too high on the water, it is toy

Nice job on the modifications, Byblos.  So, you feel your vessels are more seaworthy with a bit of ballast, lad?    ;)

If we do not reduce the height of the hull, we clearly see that it is a toy, so yes I added a lot of ballast, in the form of a horizontal cut of the hull    :D

Well it will take time, lack of money to devote to the project, and because I have 2 other projects (Sengoku Jidai & Portuguese in India) in priority!

This ship will be completed little by little according to my possibilities, but I will open a topic on it and I will keep you informed, promised!

This ship will be used for buccaneers in the Caribbean around 1700, and for the epic of Dupleix, Clive, Bussy and co. in India in the 18th century

So many ideas in the head, and so few means and time to devote to it, but that's part of the game  ;)

I saw a lot of great conversions of pirate ships (Black Pearl and Skeleton Ship) and iŽd like to know the measurements.

Mega Bloks produced more than those two. There was also the Stormstalker (links are to Ebay listings):

And the Flying Dutchman:

All of these Mega Bloks ships take a lot of work to convert, especially because of all the little Lego like bumps. All are clearly toys to begin with, including fantasy elements. It would probably be almost as easy to build whole ships rather than convert these. I say this as someone who owns 4 converted Mega Bloks ships. If you are looking at these, you might also want to look at the Playmobil pirate ships. Those are pretty nice.
