WW2 PT boats in the Med
« on: January 06, 2019, 03:50:40 AM »
The introduction of the new Cruel Seas gaming system has caused me to think about thew US forces in the European theatre and I recall mention of US PT boats being used as Radar vessels for MTB/G forces in the Mediterranean theatre. Does anyone have or can recommend books that cover this?
Cheers,

Em dezembro de '81
Botou os ingleses na roda
3 a 0 no Liverpool
Ficou marcado na história
E no Rio não tem outro igual
Só o Flamengo é campeão mundial
E agora seu povo
Pede o mundo de novo

Maybe there's something on the subject here?

I still haven't read "Mediterranean MTBs at War", it seems like it's a more systematic record of operations than Pope's "Flag 4" so it could have details on cooperation with US boats.
