Seeking Admiral Benbow's Perry horse conversion tutorial
« on: June 04, 2018, 11:40:04 AM »
Anyone have the link to Admiral Benbow's horse conversion tutorial with Perry Plastics? I've seen Painterman and Captain Blood refer to it, but can't find the original.

I think this may be it: http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=41974.msg489724#msg489724

I searched 'Perry horse conversions' in the search box on the left of the screen. 🙂.

That's it! I tried the same search term--looks like I didn't scroll deep enough into the results. Thank you!

Since I made some conversions, let me give you an advice about perry plastic horses. If you need to cut them in half, dont do it at an angle. Put your razor saw right after the saddle, and cut vertical. In this way the pieces from different horses will always go back together smoothly with minor use of sandpaper and putty
