Can anyone tell me who sells the miniature H section metal girders that you see on terrain pieces?

Or even better if anyone knows how to make them.

There are some videos with people using corrugated plastic board but it looks a bit flimsy to me.

I prefer evergreen plastics to plastruct - but they are very similar.
