Yeah - I love that sword too.

And is that a squashed dog on its back?!

They like to taunt their enemies... In the universe of confrontation the Orcs of Bran-o-Kor are not well liked by many and one of their great enemies are the Wolfen of Yilla... The Orcs like to show off their kills to intimidate their enemies, so most of the things hanging off their bodies are items from kills... my next one I'm working on has a Wolfen hide off his back and  Kelt Sessair turquoise flint stones hanging around his neck... if you look back several pages at my Kelt Sessairs the have turquoise jewelry... So this next guy has had some fun run-ins with Wolfen and Kelts... others have knights of Alahan shields as shoulder pads and so on... Rackham was very detailed in how they sculpted the factions and kept them true to the story. Fun to paint!

These are excellent. Makes me want to paint my orcs, but I already have too much Infinity figures to paint before that.

I really like the Rackham Orcs. Over the years they have become the faction that is dearest to me, well, maybe, but only maybe, with the exception of the steam dwarfs (not those „boring“ vanilla stunties!).

Thanks guys! Finished off this box set. I really like the way they turned out and I'm really liking the Paul Bonner pale skin on the Orcs...

I think it adds a bit more realism to them... like they were a people group that morphed over time... I have no idea what would turn skin green except an accident in a lab... ANYWHO... here is "the man, the myth, the legend"...

Drac Mac Syro... I'm using him as a commander for my Kelt Sessairs for a game of Dragon Rampant this weekend...

Since Orcs in the Confrontation setting were engineered by the Syhar from Goblins genetic samples, it could be plausible for them to have green skin.
But why would the Goblins have green skin then? Ah, that's a story for another time   ::)

Great work on Drac Mac Syro, the base is constructed superbly.
