I have not been idol in my absence!  Worked on some maps for my first DND group... we had a great time going through part one of Lost mine of Phandelver... You can see my puzzle system for "fog of war" in the unexplored areas.. I pre-built it and had each area ready to assemble quickly when they got to that area.

Another thing I've been up to is one of my Kickstarters came in. "Shifting Realms" by Craig Van Ness one of the lead developers for Heroscape. The dragon was lacking some character, so I gave it some flavor.

what a lucky group - fantastic cave system, and lovely work on the dragon.

That dragon's terrific!

The D&D table looks brilliant too. I've always been a bit wary of blacking out areas (rather than laying fresh tiles/sheets) in case it gives too much of the layout at the table, but I suppose it's actually harder to figure out than one might think.

Another Centaur for the Kelts.... goal is 6 melee, 1 commander and 6 ranged centaur... as you know I play dragon rampant... so I'm always thinking in 1,3,6s and 12s...

Great stuff you have here. Rackham minis were so ahead of their time. The backstory of the company reminded me Crossgen Comics company as they run almost at the same period.
Rich guy wants to make a company that will compete quality and art wise the products of the well established market leaders of the time. Gathers great talents that produce fantastic results, the public is taking notice and sales go up. Until he decides to over expand while making every wrong move in the book. Company goes under but still everyone appreciates the products.

That's pretty much it... tho most also think switching the game rules massively with "age of rag'narok" and going prepainted plastic and abandoning everything done before also sealed their fate... they couldn't afford to do what warhammer has been doing to their custys regularly... tho, I have 99% of the prepainted plastic too as it was probably the best prepainted stuff I've ever seen.

You've done a great job with the centaur bases gibby. Like your way of painting very much.
