I like them. Slight collonial feel.

One advice. Get cheap lightbox from Ali express.
Even for things that are too large I am using it as a light source and it works wonders (I photograph my miniatures with phon camera) and it costs 5 dolars with shiping.

I use my work light to light my figures.

Probably better to photograph only four figures wide, otherwise they tend to be too small and also from a lower angle. I know we often end up looking at the figures from above, but a lot of the work cannot be seen at that angle.
