Status of Redoubt Enterprises?

Does anyone know if Redoubt Enterprises is shipping orders? I purchased a bunch of Renaissance infantry and then noticed the home page says the business has been re-organized and they're not answering email. Doh!

They have been bought by Grubby tanks- mail Andy and he will take an order.  i've had some Redoubt stuff from him.

 No need to panic about Redoubt! All is well.  Andy is just catching up getting stock levels up.  He inherited zero stock because Trevor operated in a different way, he would cast stuff up after he received an order.  I have 2 orders outstanding at the moment, but I am not worried, he will fulfill them as soon as he can.

I forgot to say in my last post that Andy told me he was trying to do a 3 week turnaround on orders  just at the moment, which is not unreasonable in my opinion. As soon as he can he wants to get it back to 3 days.

New management sounds good to me. Perhaps we could even get photos of actual miniatures I stead of drawings.

But, in this day and age with a camera on every phone, it's not too much to ask for a picture of each miniature.

I agree- it may take a while though- it's a pretty big range of minis. lol

I agree as well, although the line drawings are very beautiful, and a small part of me would be sad to see them go.

Not everyone is happy with the new management, a friend of mine is still waiting for 2 orders - 1 made last November and 1 made in early March. No communication forthcoming and neither order received.

I would suggest that Andy Grubb has no knowledge of these. If your friend had an account, the online record of his  orders would have been erased (as mine were) when he changed the website. I had one order that I made right on the cusp of the changeover , and it got lost. I emailed Andy and he sorted it out for me, that was just prior to Salute.  But back last November? Andy cannot be blamed for that.
