The Battle of Nyezane
« on: June 14, 2018, 07:15:32 PM »
The Zulus came out to play earlier this week in the Shed. We re-fought the battle of Nyezane almost straight from the BP Zulu supplement. A great game and very close.

Comprehensive AAR and gorgeous pictures!
Very realistic setup, you have the impression that a real battle is going on!
Haven't seen a river feature blending so beautifully with the terrain!
Thanks for sharing!

Thank you sir...

The river is just made from simple blue vinyl floor tiles...if they catch the light right they look great

More soon from the African continent

Yes, love the ground cover and river. Is your mat carpet?

Lots of lovely atmospheric shots there. I particularly like the one where the Zulus are in shadow but the sunlight is just catching them.  :)

Something always told me they were reading Tommy wrong...
