The download is slightly over 45 MB. Does that make sense for an stl file? I suppose all the fur detail makes it that big?

It does look a bit over-engineered in terms of polygons, and there's a lot in the .stl that 3d Builder thinks needs to be repaired. Neither of those things means that it won't print, but then again, it might not.

With some minimal work (maybe five minutes?) in 3d Builder I managed to get it down to 3.14 MB without appreciably diminishing its detail level.


The fact that this wasn't done by the original designers doesn't fill me with confidence for the rest of the KS models.
