Oldhammer in the North

Hi all,
A couple of my Scandinavian compadres and myself have started an Oldhammer Challenge, running from this summer and until we're finished after Christmas. This month has already seen some posts, with a lot more in the pipeline. Read more about it over here: https://oldhammerinthenorth.wordpress.com

Lovely stuff! I particularly like the hounds and the trees, but it's all lovely.

One point of constructive criticism: I think the archers with the bowstrings drawn to the ear and no arrow look a bit odd, for two reasons. First, the arrow's gone by that stage, so the bowstring should be back at the wrist. And second, the bow would bend more and the string less, if that makes sense. I think the one in the foreground with the straight bowstring looks really good. I'd match the others to him, if it's easily doable.

But that's a very minor point - they look great overall!
