Golden visors??? That's fantastic! Never ever thought of doing that and the effect is awesome. I have a unit of Grymn at home and still don't know how to paint them. Your colours look amazing and I might even "borrow" the colourscheme ;).
The Black Scorpion lasses also look great with their bright coloring. Fits pirates very well IMO. There's a lot of character in these lasses!
