For those with an interest in this kind of thing I've just posted a stack of pictures on my blog.

The game involved a dozen players and thousands of figures. The game was organised and umpired by Charles S. Grant, so we were in safe hands on that score. The rules were The Wargame by Charles G. senior - that's Traditional, not Old School - and they worked a treat.
