28mm fuel/chemical storage tank

Hey all, back again with a fuel/chemical storage tank that could be cool in a shipping dock or industrial section of town...
As usual, the ingredients are simple...i.e. cardboard, plastic tube, foam core, granny grate odd bitz, kitty litter, sand, paint, rust and time.
