« on: July 11, 2018, 01:42:46 PM »
Today I would like to introduce you to a museum in Siberia. It is located near Yekaterinburg. Namely in Verkhnyaya Pyshma - The museum is called "Bojewaja slawa Urala".
Have fun with the pictures.

Wow! What a museum  :o Really enjoyed looking at all the pictures. Particularly of the WW2 Russian Tanks. Thanks for posting this.

Brilliant photos and some very unique kit. Thanks!

Unfortunately it does make a holiday on the Trans-Siberian Railway even more appealing... :(

Really Impressive. I didn't know they have such well supplied museums that far east :O

I especially am Impressed by preserved armored trains. Really nice stuff. I am armored train fan but Ive seen only german wagons upclose..

Were they open to peek inside ?

Siberia and museum just seems like that fantasy trip I want to do where I visit all the Soviet Bus Stops (in a book no less) - Brutalist architecture at its best; something I don’t think I’ll ever be able to afford to do.  :'(
