I've been experimenting with Woodland Scenics "Realistic Water" recently and have managed to make a small pond for a diorama I have been working on. I now want to try something more ambitious but am a bit stuck as to the way forward.
I want to make a diorama of the Crooked Dice frogmen walking out of water onto a beach. Unlike my pond I want the water to go right up to three of the four edges of the wooden diorama base. I've looked on-line to see how to do this but all I can find are writers who say, "use something to stop the water leaking out" but they don't actually specify the "something" they mean.
I wondered if anyone had any advice they could give about materials I could use to enclose the base before pouring the "Realistic Water". The materials need to be able to be peeled off once the resin has cured.
Many thanks in advance for any suggestions!
