Have a look at the Chinese riflemen / Bandits that we do at Victorious miniatures, we also hope to have civilians by the end of the year if all goes well, including wagon drives, coolies etc.
 Will have Cixi and her body guards, nobles and generals, or at least that's the plan.

Will these be more Boxer-era figures (as most seem to be), or are you planning for civvies from a later date?

 The civilians will be a mixture covering from 1890 to 1920+ , we have some in stock from 'Scotia' that are fairly generic.
 Male and female villagers, children and animals, have a look they are now up on our site.
