Name those Rules!

Looking for a simple short Sci-Fi ruleset. It's free on the web, just a couple of pages of A4 but also has delightfully short additions, like a sheet for playing Starship Troopers.

 ??? ??? Damned if I can remember their name - someone here must surely know.   ??? ???

Froggy the Great was working on rules like that. Archon Raygun or Rayguns and Rocketships were working titles, I think.
