Female robots/androids?
« on: July 13, 2018, 05:20:35 PM »
Ok hive mind, I'm looking for ideas for a 28-32mm size humanoid, human-size robot/android figure with female features - something with an obviously mechanical body (or close fitting bode armour) but with a human female face (or approximation thereof). If armed it must have conventionally-styled guns, not fancy sci-fi weapons. Think along the lines of Ghost in the Shell or even Metropolis (for a more retro design). Over to you ...

Possibly Infamy Miniatures (although I think she may be a bit too large): https://infamygames.com/search?type=product&q=futura

If close fitting body armour is an option, maybe GW's Inquisitor Greyfax or Sisters of Silence...

Thanks for all the suggestions. I think the Statuesque offerings are nearest to what I'm looking for :)

They're my favorite of the bunch.

Me too. It's such a shame they're always listed as out of stock, especially as there is demand for them.  :(

They're in stock now...

Alas, probably not for long. If something is out of stock, I'm more than happy to send an email when they're back.

They're just one of those products that, for a variety of boring reasons, is harder than most to keep in stock all the time. But I'm working through things now that will mean fewer out of stock notices in the longer term.
