Crossbows for the Italian Wars

Evening everyone,

A quick post showing the second addition to my early Italian Wars collection.

A couple of three weeks ago I aired a pike block in the colours of the Swiss Canton of Lucerne, here are some similarly dressed crossbow types to go with.

28mm Perry Miniatures again, a mix of the plastic and metal ranges. More pics, base size etc on blog post. Next up for this project, some Gendarme.

Regards Ken

Lovely looking crossbow men, to go with your pike block, what make are your gendarmes going to be?
Best Iain

Thanks Iain, I have some of the Eureka figures and some of the Perry Miniatures so I'm spoilt for choice. Will probably do Perrys first.
