Busy working my way through season 1 of Clone Wars just now. I'm enjoying it even more the second time around  :D

Hopefully this will make its way to dvd at some point, as it will be nice to get a proper ending

The Clone Wars were very hit or miss for me, when it's good it's great but there's so much stuff in there that I just hate.
Funnily enough the stuff that I thought I would like beforehand is the stuff I can't stand, like the mandalorian storyline was just boring, I hated everything that had to do with Darth Maul, who was my favourite character from TPM, and I just hated everything that had to do with Asohka, I just hated that character SO much, just from watching the clone wars movie, she was just so incredibly annoying, probably my least favourite Star Wars Character ever.

On the other hand, pretty much everything with the clones was excellent, the bounty hunter stuff was pretty good, most of the Jedi stuff was decent if you ignored Ashoka and funnily enough I didn't mind the Jar Jar episodes either  ;D

Seriously?
Did not know this. A episode in season 3 is one of the first ones to watch?
Reminds me of Firefly.

Too bad its only on Disney's streaming service.
Both Clone Wars and Rebels has so much tied into the new SW stuff. People asked me about the return of "someone" in Solo and I told them to watch Clone Wars and Rebels to see why.

From the article:
They say it in the article - it will be on "Disney’s direct-to-consumer streaming service" - so I suppose some channel that should compete with Netflix and HBO. They will make it exclusive content to promote their own streaming channel.
Maybe months/years later they will sell the rights to Netflix.

True the new 7th season was announced on July 19, 2018for Disney's direct-to-consumer streaming service.
Disney want to push their own "Netflix", that was also the reason why Ep I to III disappeared.
But you can rest assured that Disney will also release the new season sooner or later via DVD, BR or other streaming services.

Anyway - I am still very happy and exited about the return of CW!
