Sci-fy drop in terrain Picture heavy
« on: July 22, 2018, 03:18:36 PM »
As I am updating my sci-fy terrain I decided that I am not going to glue my interiors into the buildings.  Instead I have made drop in sections that I can add and remove from the buildings to change their purposes.
Shelving from Crooked dice and some home made.

Worktops and electronics from crooked dice.

Lockers from Ainsty

Lockers and beads from Spartan Games

Hospital beads with bits from Ainsty, Spartan Games and Antiocities.

Medical wall units.  Aintsy and Spartan games

Computer terminal and Space suit racks.  Ainsty, Spartan Games and Antiocities

Medical robot.  GW and Antiocities

Here are some photos of them in place.

Hope you like.

They look great, as do the buildings you’re dropping them into. Certainly adds scope to change things up each game.

Now that’s the way to do it!

Functional, practical and completely adaptable. Great idea.

Excellent scenic items there! Painted perfectly to drop in pretty much wherever you might want them. My favorites are the med-bay/hospital pieces. They're wonderful! Detailed without being fussy, used looking without being weathered into oblivion. Excellently balanced stuff! I like these a LOT.

Great solution to the eternal question of "How do I keep my scatter terrain bits universal, yet sturdy enough for play?" I've been  thinking about this very question for the longest time.
