Eyeball terrain is on the list, as are mouths and possibly other 'bits'. I'd thought about floating rocks too as I did find a drawing that had them in. Storage was my main concern though. I'm probably going for rock stacks bursting out of the ground.

A small window of opportunity to crack on with the Chaos tree. Air drying clay for big roots covered with plaster. It takes a while to dry but the next stage is to trim the base, texture and undercoat.

Old Nick Lund Chronicles Citadel figure fresh from the Old School Fantasy Painting Party. I really like the Nick Lund sculpts, they're quite Tolkienesque, or at least to my mind. I'm looking at putting an ogre warband together using a combination of Chronicle ogres and Golfag's ogres, though o don't actually have Golfag himself.

Great stuff! The Chronicle ogres are superb, and you've done this fellow proud.

Which generation of Golgfag's are you using?

Cheers Hobgoblin. I'm using the 1985 Jes Goodwin sculpts from RR5. They're a bit more dynamic than the earlier versions and not as fussy as the later ones.

Lookin' good so far, those limpet shells on the cherub should look nasty. Great ideas!

Also. Halloween is starting to show up in shops. You can usually find some Halloween decorations suitable for Scenery. I saw someone one here who had made a very cool Chaos shrine out of styrofoam skulls. But I can't remember the name or thread.

You're right, I've been taking a look at what's on offer to see if anything would work for model making.
