I am just reading The Siege Of Krishnapur by JG Farrell and I am sure these would fit in perfectly for the local Maharaja's private troops.
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

2019 Painting Challenge :
figures bought: 500+
figures painted: 57
9 vehicles painted
4 terrain pieces scratchbuilt

Beautifully done!  :-*

They are perfect.What a great paint job. Definitely perfect for Tippo and his dad Hyder ali Khan.I will use to augment my Mysore Eureka troops. Perfect for my SYW India games.thanx for sharing

I have just ordered a pack of these, and the command pack, with a view to using them, like yourself, for the late 18th and early 19th century, such as the Anglo-Mysore and Maratha wars. I was therefore intrigued by the reference to a Mysore range from Eureka, but cannot find any trace of it. Fighting 15s in the UK don't have it, and while www.eurekamin.com.au lists a Mysorean army, it appears to be in 6mm. Do you know whether the range is currently in production, and, if so, could you please let me know the source?

Also, does anyone know of other 28mm ranges for India in this period, both for native and European armies?

Andrew. Eureka can supply a range of C18 Indian figures, Golconda Rising, but for various reasons it is not listed on their website. If you drop Nic a line he can help you with this. The figures are A$2.95 for infantry and A$6.00 for cav.

and I've found the list they sent me  :D

1.   Bengali sepoys (variants);
2.   Bengali officer;
3.   Bengali drummer;
4.   Bengali standard bearer;
5.   Mysorean sepoys (variants);
6.   Mysorean officer;
7.   Mysorean musician;
8.   Mysorean standard bearer;
9.   Rajput officer on foot;
10.   Moghul officer on foot;
11.   Hindu archers (variants);
12.   Hindu matchlock marching;
13.   Hindu matchlock loading;
14.   Hindu matchlock firing;
15.   Hindu swordsmen (variants);
16.   Hindu spearman (2 variants – more to come)

More will hopefully be coming apparently.
I'm not a mercenary. Killing's more of a hobby for me.

They're completely new to me. Thanks, I've now subscribed. I've also heard form Nic at Eureka, and Indian 18th century armies are looking distinctly feasible, if expensive, with shipping from the Antiodes and USA plus customs to consider. It wouldn't happen if John Company was still around, of course.
