Very nice paintjobs (as usual) 8)

And the minis give me the instant urge to listen to Mick Gordon's Doom Soundtrack again!

Was the paintscheme a conscious choice? And will they do a BFG9000 and/or chainsaw? :D
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...

Those are very cool, I particularly like the camouflage pattern.

Not quite sure what you mean - "conscious choice". I've been using the same green mix for armour on several different miniatures and like it so used it again. The mix of plain and camo fatigues is meant to represent the seemingly relaxed attitude to uniform that contemporary special forces/first tier operators adopt. You'd have to ask Puppets war about a "BFG9000 and/or chainsaw" although, personally, I think the former a possibility and the latter doubtful.

What I meant was that these miniatures look exactly like the Martian Marines from Doom (original games), with the green armour, visored helmets and bare arms:

(Although I must have forced myself to forget about those bare abs, even back in the nineties; I had no recollection of those lol )

I thought maybe the client was going for a not-Doom vibe with these... ;)

Ah...I see what you mean. Haven't seen those before so no, no intention to emulate. Just coincidence.
