Yes it is, There's an idea's/challenge thread over on the workbench. With other bits of cereal packet silliness(if you haven't come across the builds before)
Plus there's also a list of challenge builds to see me through till Christmas. Which includes the armoured train.
Andy, and Fram have volunteered a couple of ideas, and I'm an idiot so ....

Yes I know this is an old thread ?
But not quite dead ?
Did you ever finish any wagons for your excellent train ?

I did finish it around the middle of October . Then got sidetracked with an mdf church. Its finished off being too long to photograph in the light box . I'll be posting pictures later in the year as I'm going to use one of the wagons for a Home guard themed game. As a railway coastal battery( unless I find the time to make a more authentic one or the civillian train I've been promising for years.)
There is a 'tales from the tin shed' thread over on the workbench that covers the build upto the undercoating of the first gun carriage/car (since they're both more or less the same it should give you an idea.) Ended some time in September I think. As the idea for the Home front stuff took off.
But I will take some pictures once its warm enough to set it up outside.

well it's warm enough today. So here it is.
Although I've still static grass and texture to add to the brambles.

Came out quite well. Now you're going to have to eat more cereal so you can build additional rolling stock.

That's when the Tin Shed oeuvre gets truly impressive, when you look upon an
entire table
of scenery knowing it's pretty much all made from cereal packet card.

Sorry it took so long to update.
Yes its all me , with the minor exception being that the warehouse/factory started life as a knackered second hand Metcalfe HO card building thats been tweaked and rescaled to 28mm. It was an exercise in scale compression.
As its possible to get five rows rescaled card terraced houses for the price of one mdf row of three house's( £5.99 per row in HO card and £30+ for a 28mm mdf row.)
The track is card on a piece of wood. The traction engine is cereal packet as is the pawn brokers.
The railway station (not finished is completely card too.)
Will take it upto 1.3m of track which is enough for my immediate needs.
The rest of the town/ village is made and in various stages of paint. So by summer it should be ready for a full outing .
Unless I end up making another airfield( sold the last one) or a civilian train.
