I am quite surprised at the lack of support for this project.  I think the figures are good and would be suitable for a variety of fantasy settings.  Perhaps there are just too many kick starters out there.

I think it's a bit of a Marmite thing, the Fireforge style. I like the ranges they cover and I like the general aesthetics. I even like the poses (for the most part - they're not the first to struggle with getting a realistic archer pose from multi-parts). But the finished product always looks … I dunno … a bit cheap and toy-ish to me, like the very early Citadel plastics from 20-30yrs ago. It's a personal thing obviously and plenty of people seem to like them, so good luck to them. But no, they're not for me.

I like them for that reason, the 90's look but I'm not in simply because I have enough plastic having backed a few Nickstarters. and don't actually need more humans.

Just like me: I already have enough humans and undead. Just the cavalry...

I'm in, and hope we get to the mounted heroes at 140K €.

Looks like it just got funded; barely, but funded!

It's at $150,370.00 right now...  ;)

A real struggle this one, deservedly funded in the final hours but it has been hard work.  Not helped by the Fireforge guys refusal to spend time promoting the campaign.

Higher stretch goals are never going to be reached but the mounted command figures look achievable.

Yeah, just over the line 64 hours out - although it did waver at 130k for a while.

If it does make it to the mounted characters I'd have to reevaluate my pledge as they do look pretty good.

Phew, great stuff. Haven’t decided what to use them for yet, probably Arnorians or something like that.

Did not expect this to fund to be honest, but happy it did. The folk rabble really fills a niche no one else does, I think that set will do well when it comes out.

Glad the trudge is over and we're here. Now to the 140K stretch goal. Those mounted characters both look really nice!

There's still something fishy going on with the total sum. It was over 133,000 €, and then somebody withdrew 2,000 €, and the backer sum stayed level. I hope there's not too much that kind of push-up money 'invested' into this project.

I suspect there might be. I was pretty certain at the end of last week this Kickstarter wasn't going to make it, it was on £102,000 with about £1000 being invested each day. Then in the last two days its gone from about £103,000 to £115,000. That's a massive jump.

I'm glad it's funded, I look forward to seeing more from this line, but I hope its not in jeopardy.
