Star Wars Alien Scum 3D Prints

Recently I bought some 3D printed Alien heads for the Star War Legion figures I have. There's a bit more information about them on this latest blog post:

They are lovely sculpts but expensive!

Those heads look pretty decent. It'd be good if they'd release the Legion Rebel troopers for Imperial Assault though I'd assume these heads would be too big.

They are excellent sculpts, and fit perfectly with the existing Legion figures, but at 32mm, I think they're too big for IA.

I've had those heads on my to-buy list for ages and I would have sworn they were suitable for Imperial Assault.

This thread may have saved me from uttering some very rude words had I actually gone ahead and bought them

Mel Miniatures do Clone Troopers, but also Legion sized. I keep on meaning to email him to see if they would put up IA compatible figures but haven't got around to it yet.

He also does a bucket load of x-wing and armada scale miniatures. I've been resisting getting them, but it gets more difficult every time I look through his store

I have bought and painted a LOT of minis from Mel, Armada, X-Wing and recently Legion.

IMO the heads should work for IA since Mels minis have the same height as Legion but are not as bulky.

But why not just contact him via Shapeways and ask for a slightly downscale version to be on the save side!

TBH, I don't have a copy of IA, so I don't know if these will work, but the others seem to think they will. 

I have looked at his X-Wing stuff and it is excellent, but, again, i don't have a copy of X-Wing. Wings of Glory is good enough for me!

I don't have x-wing either, but the thought of a 1/270 Jedi fighter (amongst others) is almost too much to pass up 

The danger is that it starts me down a 6mm Star Wars path, and that probably leads to the dark side
