Last Days: Zombie Apocalypse Short Controlled Bursts question

I know there is a Facebook group, but I avoid Facebook as much as possible.

When creating a Leader, if you pick The Everyday Hero, one of the skills they have available is Academic. However, I cannot find where Academic is defined, does anyone know?

The closest I can find is the Academic Skills table on page 89. Do I replace Academic with one of those skills? Anyone know?

Haven't really read the rules yet but the facebook group is probably your best bet as the author posts there.

"Yeah, I was confused... "Academic", "Firearms", "Athletic", others, I was flipping through the book frantically trying to figure out what that meant. Then I realized it was a CATEGORY of skills, not the skill itself.
Way better idea, though slightly confusingly presented."

Follow-up question. When it says 'Firearms' skill, I'm assuming they mean the Shooting skills table?

Yes. Firearms Skill = Shooting Skills table.

Oh and I think the Errata/FAQ will be available on Osprey website when its been "spruced up a bit" according to Ash.

Only in the Errata/FAQ or on Facebook. Here it is cut from the Errata.

"SHORT CONTROLLED BURSTS: This Character’s judicious use of Ammunition and counting their shots means they run out of ammo less frequently at inopportune times. Subtract -1 from the Dice Roll for all Ammo tests this Character makes."
