Some Great War test figures
« on: August 05, 2018, 10:02:52 AM »
On a whim, I bought the ‘Over the top’ vignette from Battleflag. Here’s my rendition of Cptn Blackadder and Lieutenant George accompanied by a Great War Miniatures tommy as a size comparison. Darling and Baldrick to follow. Not sure if I’ll put them on the scenic base supplied, might have a go at a bigger vignette with a few more Great War minis.

I like the figures a lot, although George is quite a tricky pose to photograph.

I usd them as a tester for the AK paints WW1 British paint set. Actually a really good colour.

Glad the officer has his stick. Wouldn't want to face Jerry's machine guns without that.
Nice figures.

Looking forward to seeing what you make of Baldrick ,and Darling. Not sure why George's helmet cover has come out so pointed.

Pointed helmet cover? The truth comes out now. Baldrick didn't eat Speckled Bob, he is
hidden under the helmet cover!
