They seem to have a reputation for being a bit slow at times BUT I've never had any issues with them, and have bought stuff from the fairly regularly.

I would say the above reply is the case. I ordered some stuff recently and it was a bit slow, but they did reply to me explaining the problem when I contacted them on Facebook Messenger. I think they sometimes suffer from stock not always meeting the demand for their products created by their ongoing 'sales' BUT I DID get my stuff and I personally think they have some very nice miniatures so I will probably order again in the future.

A couple of years ago the were awful.

Recently they have been much better and provide a good service. I've never personally had any issues.

A few months ago, last time I think?

After RPE it's probably my second favourite collection to browse. So many hidden gems (often disguised by the poor photos/paintjobs but I think they are working on that)

Ordered a lot over last year. Very slow service at times but 100% reliable. Great prices at sale times.

Very VERY slow delivery. So slow they make warlord look fast

Terrible communication with customers (none existent) with no interest in complaints.

Terrible quality control.

Will never use them again. Ever.

Put in a trial order with them. The saga went on for months. Although they were very good at answering mails they could never actually supply the figures and I had to cancel the order.
