Grimjack:
Does anyone actually game this war and has ideas for miniatures, plus perhaps photographs of their collection?

Dr DeAth:
Khurasan Miniatures make some 15mm figures for the period

carlos marighela:
Orinoco has a range in 28mm. No support weapons but shouldn’t prove to difficult to knock up the odd conversion.

Happy Wanderer:
It's a very interesting conflict Grimjack - and yes, a Google around will show you that people do game it.

Unfortunately there are not alot of 28mm figures for it and whilst some substitution can be made, ideally it needs Orinoco or another manufacturer to step up with a number of pack codes. I've prodded them and they said it will still 'get done' as they already have greens for their next codes. Another like minded prod wouldn't hurt  ;)

For the military history side of things you need Bruce Farcau’s 1996 The Chaco War: Bolivia and Paraguay, 1932–1935.

The other go-to book is Zook’s The Conduct of the Chaco War – get it here.

However for the military history and wargaming good stuff you must get a hold of Adrian English’s book…The Chaco War which has the excellent gamer’s guff.

A solid load of links can be found on this page with history/gamer content.

This clever chap put together information for platoon level games, specifically Chain of Command, on a thread on the TFL forum.

So, doable now in 15mm (Khurasan) and doable with a few substitutions for 28mm.

Cheers
