Victorious miniatures Chinese Boxers
« on: August 08, 2018, 03:20:19 PM »
Well finally got round to painting a few of our own figures, 40 sword and spear plus 20 riflemen / bandits, all figures are from victoriousminiatures.com, flags and buildings from Adrian's walls.
We also have a new cannon ready for production Krupp c73 90mm cannon, used by the Germans in their cavalry brigades but as a field gun with the Chinese, no gun shield in this early model. This is the first one from the master mould and went together rather well, thanks to Steve Cox the designer.

Those are really nice figures.  Do you happen to know if they’re comparable in size to the Old Glory Boxer Rebellion and Foundry Taiping Rebellion figures?

Not sure about Old Glory, but they are a little bigger than Foundry being more heroic 28mm.
Hope that helps
