Pearson sport a very strange headgear...i cannot identify it but i hope it's not an eccentric civilian/sherlock holmes type hat..in this case the mini is, for me totally useless.

It looks like a forage cap to me. If so, it’s nothing out of the ordinary for an officer, in my view.
