Hello.  I知 starting a new major project as my most recent ones are wrapping up after several years of effort.  My project is an urban (London) board for playing a number of different skirmish rules.  I知 planning on using Sarissa buildings for the majority of the structures, but I知 still looking at options for civilians and especially for street lamps, trade stalls, park benches, etc.   Can anyone recommend such.  I am familiar with Foundry痴 line of Victorians

You might want to have a look at the Warbases range.

For street lamps these are good with Sarissa buildings and they are pre-wired with LEDS...I got some they're good and not super expensive...

Scale 1:50 about 9.5cm high, 10 lamps for Aust$12 plus a buck shipping...

25mm-27mm: If you like the Foundry size of Victorians then the Dixon Wild West range have many civilians that fit, including workmen loading barrels, piano players, paperboys, urchins shopkeepers, society ladies etc. You may want to swap some of the western hats for bowlers and top hats and then they will work great. Depot battalion (Colonel Bill's) has two sets of Victorian prostitutes that are the same size as the Dixon/Foundry.

28mm-31mm :If you want bigger figures Eureka do some Victorian civilians and a few figures in the Pax Limpopo range might be useful.
Ironclad: Civilians, thugs and policemen,
Blue Moon do some spread around various sets.
Black Pyramid are also worth checking out.
Redoubt ACW range has a few for the 1860 period, but of course if you are doing the 1880s the crinolines are totally wrong.
For poor street urchins and East End dwellers dressed in rags then the Redoubt Pirates range (drunks in shirtsleeves and powder monkeys ) and the Redoubt 18th century civilian ranges work for the females. They also do a pack  of mid-Victorian Bobbies
Perry do some civilian rioters buried in their ranges somewhere
North Star does the Brick Lane commune.
Warbases do  a hansom cab , figures are OK .
I have been watching the "Dracula's America" range hopefully for figures suitable for Victorian civilians, but so far they have disappointed me.
Hope this helps.

Westwind Miniatures have a fair selection of civilians in their Vampire Wars and Empire of the Dead ranges. They also provide a number of carriages etc.

Oops I think I actually meant Westwind when I said Blue Moon in my previous post.

Blue Moon actually do three civilian sets, available from Old Glory in the UK.
London Civilians
Eastern Europe Civilians
American West Civilians
Bases are a bit think but they include some nice characters such as a lamplighter and a postie in the London set...

Check E-bay or other sites for Liberty Falls collectable miniatures. The buildings are made to fit a certain box size. Most of them are a good fit for 15mm. I have a bunch for my 15mm ACW. But the pewter figures are mostly 25-28mm. Some are hand painted, some are just inked. The painted ones are of varying quality, some are really nice, but some are a little cartoonish. But like the inked ones can be stripped & repainted.
