Good show, as always!

"The dreaded Tea Time marker. All in all a lot of fun." Had a similar idea, but would have used a deck of multiple instances of cards.

Just out of curiosity, did you find adding Tea Time created a hesitancy toward attacks? Yes, you take advantage of opportunities, but might fear repeated times stuck-in-place with your drawers in the wind...

On the contrary. It made everyone move more and get attacks while they could. Next time, Tea Time will have a bonus Event card down too.
I also have to throw in the caveat that there were 32 units on the table, which made the chance of the TT token coming out less than if there were 12. By the end, with units being eliminated, the chances became higher it would be drawn, which worked out fine if you think of fatigue setting in with the troops and the need to rest.
