Very cool, I like the canopy idea a lot. Reminds me of the vintage engravings and photos of Darkest Africa steamers.

Thanks guys, it was a super fun build. I initially thought of post apoc river survival....BUT the "darkest Africa" is an awesome thought too!!....makes ya go pulp with it for sure eh? ??? ;)

I love this.  great build and I love the sails.   

I would use it for my Gorkamorka Mod called Da Deff Islandz.  if you have the rules for Gorkamorka, you can play this boat based version.

Was thinking how well that would work as a weapons platform in Twilight 2000 RPG, using the "Pirates of the Vistula" riverine combat rules.

As soon as funds are freed up, I have plans for a modular terrain board with ideas of doing several rivers intersecting and a larger more open water tiles as well.
