Howdy everyone, after a long break away due to various trips, illnesses and jobs, I am back posting and hopefully more of a regular than ever before due to upgrading my environment.

Anyway so my blog is also getting new stuff added and so here is my latest post, BFG related of course but feel free to have a look at my other wargaming posts too.

Great stuff; the Dark Eldar ships really fit within their aesthetics. I thought the originals were too much like their traditional kin anyways.

And as for Ork ships; I've always thought it strange that they were all looking the same, while it's common knowledge that Orks could not create two identical machines, even if their Waagh! depended on it. I think GW would have been better off providing just a lot of Orky ship bits on a sprue, so everyone could scratch build their own Ork fleet, using other BFG ships, (foam) rocks, model kits and more, in combination with those bitz sprues.

So therefore, your Ork ship is awesome! It will make a great centerpiece, next to the inevitable Roks!

And hang in there; there's nothing like finishing a completely converted and painted army/gang/fleet to lift the spirit

I must agree with the Orks. Its why with the escorts I have of theirs, the old GW ones, I have tried to swap as many of the fin sets as possible to keep a bit of a difference and will add a few extras here and there once happy with the finished croozers, mainly so as to not run of bits for the larger ships.

With the dark eldar, more to come on those tonight, I am just wanting to sculpt a bridge on the escorts and I think they will be ready. I see the spiked wings being independent to allow for their sharp turns and from a front view almost look like an x wing from star wars haha.

It would certainly cause some damage haha.

The Dark Eldar fleet for practice is finished, still to be painted, but made up and ready to go.

Thanks guys.
Its been a fun little build, with a few rules worries at the moment due to the armada book saying two different points values for the dark eldar cruisers and I'm not quite sure which one is correct.

The photos are much easier than I remember haha, so with each new post now I shall put a preview photo up too.
