Symbaroum RPG? (new session pictures, 18 May)

Dentatus:
Anyone have any experience with it? The artwork caught my attention and as we're introducing more RPGs in our weekly game nights, I'd like to bring it to the table.

Dentatus:
Very fun game, translates easily to the table top. Wrote up an adventure and am borrowing figs from anywhere and everywhere. Always open to suggestions but this is some of what I've got color on so far:

Loop:
Your minis look fantastic!

I have been tempted by Symbaroum just to see the artwork and read the fluff. How crunchy is it to play compared to D&D?

Dentatus:
Thanks.

I've found the rules much smoother, simpler. There are plenty of good reviews already out there if you want an in-depth look, but the three long-time D & D players in our group all really like Symbaroum. They say it's not built for rules lawyers or just to loot and level. (Rampage of the Murderous, Kleptomaniac Hoboes)

As a long-time war gamer, I was worried about combat, but there again, it was very easy to transfer the action to the table top. IMO, the rules are very sturdy and versatile. Not too many - just enough to hang a good adventure on. And the dark fantasy aesthetic/backstory is rich with potential.

Dentatus:
Latest session: The party makes their way to the Lone Gate. They meet some interesting characters along the way, some they trade with, others they kill.
