My Frostgrave project: minis & terrain
« on: September 05, 2018, 01:58:43 PM »
This is my first post here, so I welcome everyone.

A few words about me: I've been interested in wragaming for almost 20 years. I play major Mordheim-type skirmish games.

So far, I have looked through my miniatures resources and the outlines of the band appeared. Minis are slowly going to the bases, some must be repaired and converted.

With painting is a little worse - from January I am proud and happy dad :) and I find it difficult to find time to paint. I'm learning from the begining how to organize time for the hobby. ;)

With winter terrain it will be simpler - I intend to use some of the old Mordheim models to convert  them to winter Felstad and make some space for new mordheim  terrain pices.

As I will paint some minis, I will fight with makeing winter table. Some ideas I already have.

Here is the first batch of mine wip miniatures:

Witches:

There is more, another update soon

Regards,

Stanley

Next reinforcement - soldiers:

How can you see I used some frostgrave and gw bits. So we have here thiefs, treasure hunters, knights/templars, men at arms, thugs and last but not least marksmans.

I hope you like me conversions.

greetings,

Stan

Very nice.  I love the classic Heroquest and GW pieces.
